A mixture of affordable homes and homes for sale in the village of Washbrook near Ipswich.

This agreement with local developer Dellwood Homes means Orwell will be able to provide seven affordable homes for local families and a further five homes on the open market. The open market homes will be provided by Orwell’s private development arm Orwell Homes. The 12 homes, comprising a mixture of bungalows and houses, will be completed by the Autumn 2022.
