Doesn’t time fly, it has now been four months since we launched our My Orwell Voice platform!

Why should I register?
As a customer of Orwell, we value all feedback and this platform will host some key consultations in the coming months that will impact our customers. We need as many customers to be involved to ensure our services reflect the needs of our customers.
It’s not all about feedback as there are some fun activity pages, competitions and polls to take part in.
What is the difference between the main Orwell website and My Orwell Voice?
Our main Orwell website is for useful information and using the “My Orwell” login to report repairs, pay rent etc.
On registering to our My Orwell Voice platform, as well as useful information and links you will have access to a wide range of exciting features, from competitions to numerous opportunities to share your views about our services. We are committed to improving our services, and we encourage you to explore the platform and share your thoughts with us.
What have our customers used My Orwell Voice for since the launch?
They have used it to access our monthly newsletters, which keeps everyone updated about upcoming topics, and competitions. We have also be able to let our customers know about “The Houseproud Pledge” “Focus Group” “Tenant Board Member Vacancy” as well as our popular “Spring Pet Competition” where our members entered a range of pets- birds, dogs, cats, even chickens! these were then voted on by other My Orwell Voice members to determine the winner, Paul from Newmarket and his dog Minnie!
What do you hope to achieve now you are four months in?
Our sole purpose is to give our customers a voice to help us shape and tailor our future services, with the aim of creating a user-friendly and interactive space, where you can connect with us more easily and conveniently than ever before through surveys, polls and projects. As we have nearly 7,000 customers, we need you, as our customers, to help us achieve this.
