Can you help us with a new design? My Orwell Voice
Over on My Orwell voice, we are asking customers to help us with a new design. We are creating some handy magnets which will be given to new customers when joining us here at Orwell. The magnets contain all our customer services information and can be placed in a convenient place like on the fridge. There are two designs to choose from and the poll ends on Friday 29th November.
Kind words from Customers
Today we have some kind words from our customers. Phyl, a member of staff in one of our temporary supported housing schemes in Ipswich wanted to thank Elizabeth Suddes in our finance department:
“I have been blown away by the support Elizabeth Suddes offers to me and my team. She is such a great communicator, she puts us at ease when we interact with her. She is definitely an asset to Orwell”.
Next we have some kind words from Lisa in Lowestoft about Gary Elvin, one of our Caretakers:
“Gary is always polite, well mannered and friendly. He even cleaned my floor up as the water went everywhere bless him! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I’m so happy I can use my sink, give him an extra mince pie!“.
