Focus Group for Orwell Customers
Are you an Orwell Customer? We are looking for 20 Orwell customers to join us for a short focus group. Those who attend will be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 Love2Shop voucher. Please get in touch today.
As one of our customers/tenants/residents, we value your opinion. We are looking for 20 people who are willing to attend a focus group and share their views on our website, our customer portal and app and our new engagement platform, My Orwell Voice. We want these to be the best they can be, so are keen to hear what you like about them as well as what you would change/improve and ideas for the future.
The session will be hosted by a person independent of Orwell and will be held at Emily Bray House in Ipswich.
22nd May 2024, 11 – 12.30, Emily Bray House, 300 Woodbridge Road, Ipswich IP4 4BA. The building is fully accessible, and refreshments will be provided.

Orwell Voice - Pet Competition
Running until the end of April we have the Orwell Spring Pet Competition on our new engagement platform “My Orwell Voice” where you can fully interact with Orwell through surveys, polls and learn more about Orwell and our services as well as participate on our activity section.
To enter and be in with a chance of winning a £50 voucher, simply register for the website on www.myorwellvoice.co.uk and select the Spring Pet Competition section and enter your pet, it can be dogs, cats, fish, budgies, whatever you like! You can then share with your friends and family on your social media or emails etc to ask them to comment and vote too.
If you don’t have a pet, you can still join in the fun and comment and vote as well! Be quick, you don’t have long!
Customer Board Member Position
Later this week we will be sharing details of an exciting new opportunity. If you are a current tenant, resident or customer of Orwell and are interested in helping us make a difference in our communities, then keep an eye on our social media later this week. We are recruiting a Customer Board Member to be part of our board and work with us on an ongoing basis. You don’t need to have any board experience and it’s a really exciting opportunity for the right person. We look forward to sharing more details soon.
