Our repairs team works hard to keep your homes safe, warm and in good repair.
We continue to deal with emergency repairs without any impact on timescales.
We are, however, currently experiencing a few challenges with routine repairs, the majority of which are beyond our control.
These challenges impact our ability to deliver some repairs to your homes as quickly as we would like.
So that we may help you as quickly as possible, please can we ask that you share a photo with us of the item that needs repairing. This means we can diagnose some repairs virtually and, in some circumstances, we won’t need to visit your home to see what’s wrong. It also means we bring the correct part and send the right person to your home, first time.
We also recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different, so please make sure you give us the complete picture when you report your repair. This enables us to prioritise our work correctly.
