**RESIDENTS PLEASE BE AWARE OF POTENTIAL SCAMS**

Recently we had reports of scammers pretending to be Orwell staff and calling tenants offering assistance with shopping needs. We have been contacting our most vulnerable tenants to ensure that people are safe, but we will never ask for card details. Please do not ever give out your details to anyone offering services either by phone, internet or in person claiming to be from Orwell Housing unless you are 100% certain that the person you are talking to is calling on behalf of Orwell. If you are not sure if someone you are speaking to is calling from Orwell, please contact our customer service team on 0345 60 100 30 to verify the caller or to pay any charges directly to Orwell through our customer services team.
