How to Reach Us Over the Festive Period

During the festive season, our customer service team will be unavailable during the following times:

• From: 2:00 PM on Tuesday, 24th December, 2024 Until: 8:30 AM on Monday, 30th December, 2024
• Additionally, we will be closed on Wednesday the 1st of January 2025.

Our phone lines will be open on 30th and 31st of December with a limited number of staff available. Normal operations will resume on the 2nd of January 2025. Please note that our email accounts will not be routinely monitored until the 2nd of January.

For urgent enquiries outside these hours, your calls will be transferred to our Out of Hours provider. Please be aware that standard repair requests will not be addressed until the new year. If you would like to make a payment when we are closed, you can do it online, or alternatively call us when we are back open.
