“I set high standards for myself and my team and aim to provide high quality care to my clients at all times.”

I joined Orwell in January of this year having worked in care for the majority of my life in care. I moved to Suffolk 24 years ago with my young family and worked for the NHS mainly on acute medical, neurology and psychiatric wards and also worked as a hack for Macmillan at home services. In 1997 I moved into the field of nursing agencies starting as a care coordinator and spending the next 15 years working my way up the ladder to become a senior manager for a large independent care provider covering 4000 hours per week mainly in domiciliary care and learning disabilies home services before returning to my love of elderly care and became a housing and care manager managing a 52 apartment extra care scheme in Bury St Edmunds for the past 6 and a half years.

When I am not working, I enjoy making memories and having family time with my husband, 2 daughters and 2 grandsons and all my extended family and friends.
