We are committed to improving the energy efficiency of our homes. This will make your homes warmer and more comfortable to live in. And it will help to fight against climate change.

As such, we have set two targets:

• to achieve EPC Band C in all homes by the year 2030
• to be a net zero carbon organisation by the year 2050

 

How will we get there?

We’re working with a sustainability consultant to understand how we are performing now, and agree the next steps needed to achieve our targets.

Whilst working with you, our customers, we’ll plan our improvement programmes and offer support along the way.

We will publish our action plan later this year and provide regular updates on our net zero journey.
