Despite venturing into the world of online meetings Orwell residents racked up an amazing 165 hours carrying out resident involvement.

51 residents were involved in virtual groups carrying out performance or policy reviews, residents’ association meeting, focus groups or mystery shopping.

We granted £5171.11 from the Community Investment Fund to support our communities.

220 residents are on the pool who receive online involvement surveys and update newsletters.

During 2020 the process of recruiting 2 Orwell residents to join Orwell’s Board was initiated.
